A If transporting dangerous goods, the shipper or the customer should issue a material safety data sheet (MSDS), while the transport company should only use a cerified fleet of vehicles and assign qualified drivers for this shipments. For some CIS countries, you may need to get an ADR transportation permit, issued by Promatomnadzor (Belarus) and by Sovinteravtoservice (Russia).
Q What shipping documents are necessary for an international transport?  
A For an international transport, the shipper usually complete the following documents: a CMR waybill, a TIR Carnet and an invoice. But depending on the transport specifics, they may also be required to submit additional documents, e.g., an MSDS data sheet, a commercial description of goods, a phytosanitary certificate etc.
